Dear Sir, My wife is using a mobile of SIM of reliance gsm prepaid no. 8010459xxx. My prepaid account balance is deducted without any reason I have filed complaint but no use. My complaint no of Reliance customer care centre is 214745464 and after filing complaint it had been more than 48 hours in which they promised me to refund my balance. It had happened many times. My mobile no. is 8010459xxx on my mom’s name Smt. Munni Devi. Kindly look into the matter and inform me as appropriate. Its become embarrassing situtation many times when my mobile balance get deducted with no reason and again and again. Thanks Prashant Rao

I want in written in company that it will not happen again. And company should be fined and it should give some compensation amount also to user.
