My net is not working since 27th Feb 2014, and I had registered a complain (complain id-217289700). Reliance is just making false promise that they will resolve the issue,but they are not delivering the solution to me every time they are missing their issue fix date,and it is just harassing us. they are not even taking follow up as every time I am calling them to know the issue,their attitude towards customer service is not good,as per my thinking they are just ignoring my complain. I want them to compensate me for all the harassment I have faced due to reliance broadband pathetic service. My net connection should be resolved immediately and if they donot resolve the issue,then I want them to provide me compensation for all the harassment and want my installation charges back with immediate effect.
