A dongle of Reliance (No. 9312908759) was purchase by me from Unique Infoways (P) Limited vide invoice No. HOTW/141504576 dated 14.05.2014 and all documents relating to activation of the were immediately handed over to the sales man at the HOT showroom of Unique Infoways (P) LImited. The dongle was stated to be activated within one day. However till date (20.05.2014) the same has not been activated. Despite my regular phone calls to the HOT (Unique Infoways, Mr. Gaurav, Mr. Sanjeev (the team leader) the matter has not been resolved so far. Rather they are not in a position to explain why the matter has been delayed by one week. the behaviour of Team Leader over phone was too rude and also not cooperative.

I want my connection to be activated. Further compensation for the heavy priced option of internet as well as compensation for mental harrassment
