Reliance Tele – Not allowing to PORT. improper service by centre

I had ported my phone from BSNL(Karnataka) to Reliance GSM (Karnataka) in August, 2012 after providing all documents as mandated by TRAI. Still I am not receiving full services by Reliance. The customer support asked me resubmit the document which I have already done on 16/12/2013. Still they haven’t updated the documents. Now I want to PORT to some other network but I am not able to do it because of Reliance’s fault. Also if they do not have my documents, why are they providing me any services since 1.5 years? Isn’t it a violation of TRAI guidelines

Urgent upadation of my documents. Compensation of Rs. 10,000 (Ten Thousand) for the unnecessary harassment, improper services. Fine (whatever TRAI or Court wants) for violation of TRAI guidelines on continuation of services without proper documents.
