user id 386938527386 name anurag mishra mobile no 9998414xxx email id anuragmishra941@gmail.com complained many time but after 3 month still not received my balance amount after continuous follow ups. i cancelled my connection on 14 November but they did not close my connection and now saying we cancel your connection on 12 December so u have to wait more 60 days. i called on customer care on october and told that close my connection but they did not listen and always told me that wait for 24 hrs 48 hrs 4days now i want my full money with interest else i will not received the cheque

now want full amount what i paid initially with interest and my telephone bill amt 1000 talk to nodal office which is not free with appology letter from director because he also not replying on my mail and mental harassment claim of 100000
