I have registered a request on 2nd of october to change my plan, as i unable to afford such a expensive plan and having no use also. After that i have tracked my request many times but they always excuses that due to technical reason it is pending. and and promise to resolve in next two days surely. still i am not getting any solution and again they share a new date 19th October 2013 for resolving the issue. I want that they change my plan effectively from 8 october as 7 is my billing cycle date.
