Reliance Tele – not had a functioning connection never had a satisfactory response

I have not had a functioning connection since 12/01/2014 and till today it has not been fixed. I work from home and due to no internet connection I have lost a lot on my work. I have sent multiple e-mails to Board of Directors as well and never had a satisfactory response.
