from the past month on 26th of september the net connection was not working for the customer id no 268893659121 frequent complaint was made regarding the issue to the customer care services they were not responding to it. especially mr. Joseph is using abusive words towards ladies while complaining so we are very much frasturated regarding this issue. i request you to take stern action against this issue.

The connection should be made corrcet no further issue should me made if possible the person who spoke abusively should me made transfer to some other branch.
