In my number 8000977xxx outgoing stopped since last month and they are not start my outgoing or not closing this number and billed generated which I dont used since last month. How should I pay the bill for the same ???? Outgoing stopped due to old card (8000877xxx) bill not paid. but they have generated the total bill for old card is (250 + 446) but I haven’t used that much voice call usage then after they were insist to pay the same. I have requested them to please provide the billing details of 8000877xxx but they didn’t provide the same. and they are not start my outgoing on current number 8000977xxx and billed generated every month !!!! I would like to request you to please solve my this issue.

want that old number 8000877xxx haven’t call usage more than 200 Rs. so only call usage charged ready to pay. and want to start the 8000977xxx number outgoing service.
