I have email to reliace customer care for over billing issue & they have replied that it was over charged & will revert back with proper bill. But after few email they are not responding & stoppped my incoming & outgoing services. I have all the proof of emails which shows that i was over charge & i have to take refund of Rs. 216/- (Tax Including) Its now almost 12 days I have not got any replied & my services are blocked.
I want that this should be look in proper manner & i should get my reimbursement.
