Reliance Land Line Number: 079 30082118 Name of the Customer: Abhishek Prasad A/C No.: 100119921086 Billing Account Number: 100000121081946 The above mentioned phone is not working since last one month, even after complaining several times to reliance, the customer care just has one answer for us, we will resolve it within 24 hours. Even after launching complain a month earlier there has been no response and the phone calls to customer care and every communication with reliance is falling on deaf ears.

I have lost around 160 hours of work because of the above mentioned landline not working, being a consultancy firm and having an employee sit out the entire day without a phone has rained havok on the effectivity and profitability of the company.Losing at the rate of 1000 rupees per day.
