Hi, I am a reliance broadband customer and my customer id is 359460755713. My broadband is not working from 10/01/2014 and I have raised a complaint at friday night around 7 pm. My complaint number is 214871142 and they have promised to close my complaint by 24 hours. But it was not closed within 24 hours, when I call customer care again on 11/01/2014 night and demanded a valid reason why my complaint was not closed as promised, he doesnt answer me properly and simply told me that he is escalating my complaint. I could see a power quality of service by reliance broadband for addressing customer issues and no proper communication is made to the customer if there are down times or if they need more time to close a complaint.
