we had land line (7930075594),disconnection reqst on 27/09/13.dis on 02/11/13.RIL charged bill, we reqst for waiver(214409036).Today(3/1/14)call from+918058807458 to file case for payments.As reqst yet not resolved for waiver. Pls help n guide.
