Dear Concern, I won’t pay bill as i have send cancellation request for postpaid before 3months. I have also clarified reason & wanted to go for prepaid. I have send 5-6 mail for same. so Immediately convert to Prepaid or else i won’t pay the bill. Every time it’s not possible to come & visit u r reliance outlet. Being a service person & busy schedule. I have been paying all my bills from last 6 yrs on internet. I hardy use reliance internet 3-4 times in month & for that I have to pay Rs.843/- as postpaid connection. So stop immediate my postpaid & convert to prepaid. I am giving my concern on registered mail & also given from my registered mobile number with Reliance. I have also made consumer complaint for not converting my postpaid to prepaid. i won’t have to pay monthly basis as i already requested them before 4 months to convert to prepaid.
