I paid for the recharge of a night pack worth Rs79/ on 9/4/2014 through online banking .the recharge was as per the information shown in the website of reliance on that day.i did this recharge for the mobile number -8287684xxx. the pack is not working. i complained to the customer care officials of the brand .they said that within 48hrs this problem will be solved. After 48 hrs when i tried to contact them, i was not entertained though i have tried several times till now.i also e-mailed them my problem but for vain.the customer care agent told me on the day i racharged that he has registered a complaint with complaint number-218853177. they not only harmed me economically but also mentally by not entertaining call (i tried 198) and sorting out the problem.

Rs 79 be credited to the main balance of the particular user number-8287684xxx
