Initially while purchasing the plan, I was told that I would get 500 MB data access and this have also been assured by customer care executives that I should get 500 MB data access but I am only getting 50 MB. This month I have a doubt regarding bill generated therefore I have brought this into the notice of customer care. I have also received call from reliance for non payment of bill and even they have agreed that there seems some problem in the bill. The summary of generated bill is not matching the details description of the bill. I have also filed a complaint in reliance authority that I have not been offered the plan as it was told while purchasing the plan. But till now I have not received any intimation regarding the same. Every month I have to speak to customer care either related to service or regarding billing. This has caused immense mental torture to me. I had also asked the procedure regarding discontinuing of the service, but no one is ready to give me any idea regarding the same.
I would expect that since they have caused me lot of trouble and mental torture, they should be penalized so that same this is not repeated with any other customer because there are lot many customers who are ignorant and cannot understand the generated bill and moreover they cannot even reciprocate the wrong doing of big companies. I would surely like them to compensate because of what they have done and publicly this should be brought into the notice of everyone.
