Reliance is harassing me with pre-litigation for the amount they only refunded me after my valid complaint after the terminated my broadband services. Attached is the proof of 2 payments done by me and refund i got from them . So not payment is pending from my side

Even though due is clear from my side ,they are harassing me with mails\pre-litigation and not responding to my emails to their customer care department. This issue is causing me stress and hampering my office work as well.

I want 25000 -/- damages from the company for the harassment and terminating my broadband 2 times even though they collected advance rental.
