That, Ia customer of the company since a long time and using your prepaid service having the number 9861916596. That, on date 16/12/2013and on date15/01/2014 unauthorized activation of vas one97 stalk pack value pack has been done and I have been charged Rs.10/” each on these days. That ,on date 29/12/2013 I contacted customer care executive immediately and the customer care executive assured me that no more deduction will happen again, but to no result. Again on date.15/01/2014 Rs10/- has again deducted. such types of deduction is nothing but cheating and it shows intention of the company.

In the above circumstances, hereby called upon to refund the deducted amount and solve the problem within three days of receipt of this complain.
