I had account balance of about 1400rs and internet pack of 156rs which gives 1GB 3G data. After validity period was over, I was not informed of any balance deduction and the company is not giving me the details for balance deductions.

I talked to many customer care executives but they won’t even register the complaint for past 3 days deductions.

I want my balance refund of at least 700rs which they do not account for
