Reliance Tele – unreasonable bill on deactivated days

I p.vineshbabu customer of the lexus broadband internet connection (prepaid) (ip- 10.5.31.154). The distributor of this connection are ‘NET4U internet’ center in bhadrachalam. Iam using this connection since 3 months, but the last month (march,2014) i was not able to pay the bill due to late salary. so they deactivates my account on 1st march 2014. After 10 days (march 10th, 2014) i was able to pay the bill , but they took full month of bill (including deactivated days). when i asks them they said non ethical answers. If they do not deactivates my internet account even after i couldn’t pay the bill ,i’l definitely pay next month with two months bill (previous + current month).But instead of that they were deactivates my account and receiving money for whole month including deactivated days. Here my question is, ‘why not they continue activating the internet connection, instead of deactivating even they receives full month of payment. The rules they are following are unlawful, unreasonable and the distributors cheating the customers by official. Therefore i requested to kindly look into the matter and do needful. 1)The customers can pay the money for internet activation in any day of month, whenever they have money. and validity will be 30 days, later it can deactivate. 2)The net activated day will be the 1st day of 30 days. example- if net activated on 14th march then 14th march is the 1st day of month. 3)payment only for 30 activated days. Not for deactivated days.
