I’m using reliance Pre Paid Mobile connection and my Mobile Number is 7676793319. I have done recharge on 26/12/2013 with Rs. 799.00. My Receipt number is AMIR47555535. This plan has Unlimited R-R local, 10000 STD R-R mins free with 30 mins daily for other STD/Local N/w. However from 30th I was not able to make any call either to local or STD. I tried to reach Customer Care but was unable to connect. Today again I have done recharge of 30 Rs. and Amount should not deduct as I have the plan which has 10000 STD R-R mins free with 30 mins daily for other N/w. Apart of this weekly once some amount get deduct automatically, when I checked with Customer Care they use to say I don’t have any VAS activated, however balance is getting deducted. Till this time I’m facing balance deduction problem, I wrote E-mails to myservices@relianceada.com, customercare@relianceada.com and Services@relianceada.com but didn’t got any reply.
I want all the balance to be credited back which got deducted and I DONT WANT ANY VAS PACK FROM RELIANCE, ITS ANNOYING.
