Reliance Tele – VAS packs they activate cut balance – Review

they unnecessary cut balance both from data pack as well as from general balance. different VAS packs they activate and cut balance from account. whenever i try to complain in the customer care of reliance, they say one balance is deducted it cant be back. i am fed up with the service. I have 2 connections of Reliance, both have same issue. please resolve the issue.

This has increased my monthly budget of 2000. every time they deduct balance, activate unnecessary services and deduct data pack. even when i do not use it. initially my number was postpaid, n they took security deposit of 500 for each connection, i purchased the connection from reliance hub, Green Park. i requested for making it pre paid, they have converted into prepaid but didn’t refunded my security deposit of 1000 rupees
