Dear Sir, I was holding data card dongle of Reliance (9342401984) which has Rs 600 for 5GB data usage and billing cycle was 20th to 19th. On 9th Dec’12 I receivedd one sms(real-time) saying I have consumed 90% of allotted quota and on 17th Dec’12 recd another real-time sms while using data card saying ‘you have consumed 100% allotted quota and additional data consumed would be charged to you as per the plan which I verified with data card usage status available when any data card dongle gets connected. I stopped using my data card then and there. When received the bill for that month I got additional 2GB charges over and above 5GB quota that i had. I contacted Customer Care as well as Reliance Web world nearby. Then onward misbehavior started by them, they don’t even respond to the mail that sent to them. Even every alternative person calls and threatens to pay the amount they have charged. By this way they have not resolved the issue. Now they are asking for Rs 2131 amount pending. I told them about the sms’s that i have received but they are not ready to accept any data other than CDR report they have provided. But which is actually showing amount which is absurd and they disown other mode of reliance communications of data. Now it is a long pending problem and seeking proper resolution for the same. Request your cooperation to resolve the issue at the earliest since this has become an unbearable harassment.

This is my kind request to CORE team so that I can get proper resolution from CORE for additional and wrong charging from Reliance. Also for the harassment (verbally over phone and mentally as well) need proper financial compensation from them.
