Reliance Tele – Wrong Billing

I have taken 5 connections from Relaince and the primary number is 8688868868. I was told that these numbers will be in CUG. When looking at my detailed bill for the first time which was generated on 5th Sep, i found that there was no CUG for calls made within my group. I raised a complaint with the Customer Care, Appleate Authority as well as the Chairmans Office both via emails and over the phone. They gave me a waiver of 358 Rs instead of 495 Rs. No body bothers to look at the details but they keep on saying the same thing over and over again that what ever that gave is final even when I ask why should I be paying for their mistakes. Now my numbers have been suspended from 30th Sep and Im also being charged rental for it even though it is not my mistake.

All I want someone to let me know that my bill be corrected right away, late payment charges waived off and no rental for all the days for which the services have been disconnected and my services be reinstated right away. I will pay the amount if everything is correct the very moment someone tell me the final amount.
