i have been using your service since 05 yrs.i have not availed any chargable service but my main balance is being deducted as soon as i recharge my account. for eg: on 04.01.2014 i had recharged for rs 20/- but my main balance is showing rs 4.00/- only.(rs 16/- is deducted, i do not know the reason. kindly rectify the issue and arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.
refund of the deducted amount and ensure that no further amount is deducted.
