On 05th June, I requested to change my plan to ‘NCPLUS4GB550’, which is unlimited usage plan, But they changed my plan to limited one plan ‘Broadband4GB550’ from 10th June. Because of this I got june month bill of 2817 Rs.(which later became 3216 afetr fine), But it should be not more than 550 + taxes. After that, I complained many times to Mr. Thangraj and I have mailed you many times, but this issue is not yet resolved. Mr thangraj told me that don’t pay, they will terminate the connection. But it didn’t happen and I got legal notice and I had to pay 3216 rs finally.

refund of incorrect amount (around 2700) and fine for disturbing my peace of mind.
