On 28/05/2014 I had requested for a new broadband connection at my residence in bangalore. I called the service representative Mr. Devraj, he came to my location, made me fill the Customer Application Form, bearing the no. 17800033338256 and Subscriber no : 364226922723. Later I was given another telephone number of his team lead, (I dont know his name), 9886666xxx. He told, i was unable to get the connection and money will be refunded by the company. its been 2 months, and if i call them, they didnt receive, and also the company people are not replying for my mail, attached below. Please do the justice. Thank you
