I have been using Reliance Wi max internet for past 3 months, after paying the bill for this in advance.

These guys are really harassing us, i mean firstly we were never told by their technician that the wi max product doesn’t come under the coverage area that i live in.

Secondly we are facing problems like frequent disconnection from the server and very low uploading/downloading speed.

Despite complaining several times (almost every day) no initiative has been taken by the reliance technical team.

It’s almost something like i’m paying for this internet for not using any of their services.

Reliance broadband internet really sucks.

I would definitely recommend my friends and family not to use reliance services anymore.
