We have lodged a complaint for about 6-7 times for telephone line disturbance. But no steps is being taken to resolve the same. We always get new complaints ID and case get resolved by their end automatically without notification. Facing issue since a month. But no action even after mailing to appellate authority of Reliance.
Due to telephone disturbance,we r unable to communicate with customers & henceforth creating a negative mindset of our customers regarding service & other issues.
I want to get line disturbance clear permanently. This issue persist since i bought the connection. Temporarily they solve the issues but again its the same after 2-3 days. And need a waiver of bill for 1 month.
