Reliance,problem in 3g services

Like my previous complain, this time also reliance sent me sms that I have consumed 100% of my data limit of 15gb. Where else I still have 10.5gb 3g data left in my account.my billing cycle date was on 11th. Last time after complaining in your respected court they resolved my speed issue.but again the same issue.3g data is ther in my account but sms coming saying that I dnt hv 3g balance left thst is why m getting 2g speed. I have been suffering from this problrm every month snd they are unable to redolve the issue permanently. Please help me as I am in big mess facing this same issue again and again. Thank you.

Every month paying rent for 3g but after some days despite my 3g balance I get 2g speed.causing me a big problem.waste of my valuable time and money after these customer care centers.

Either permanent solution or full compensation.
