Respected Sir, I am a small investor trader with Religare Commodities Limited with our client code is RM7447. We are not happy with the Broker as while opening the business account, they agreed to charge the Statutory Charges as per the Exchange, but when we found in the contract notes that there are unusual and heavy charges/fees levid in it. We informed the Broker about the same and requested to credit the amount, instead they denied and said that MCX Exchange is taking the charges and so they have collected. I am as a small trader when a Broker levies such heavy charges, how do we benefit. When we said, we will lodge a complaint, the Manager here started laughing and used bad language towards us. I am a poor person, and so could not argue. We have kept enough margin for trading, but when we try to punch trade, it gives rejection. Again when we ask why our orders getting rejected, they reply as short of margin. The RMS team ask for more deposit. Later on we learnt that they harass us and give our margin facility to others or use by them self. We request you to support us by taking this complaint and crediting the amount by informing the Broker.

We request you to help us by fighting on our behalf with the Broker as we are not enough financially sound to appoint a lawyer. We request you to help us by informing the Broker release our unauthorized charges that they have taken and give us credit.
