subject: unauthorised sauda a/c no sg14605 one lot of dhania was bought @7855/-on 24/12/2013 in my a/c.the sauda was squared up on 27-12/2013 @ 7475/- hence incurring the loss of rs38000/- at the time of opening of a/c i was told by you that you will advice me to do the transaction on the basis of recommendations of your research team.a sheet of paper was also given to me showing the handsome profit made in the transactions as per advice of your research team. during the discussions i had with you on 26-12-2013 and with mr ranjit on 27-12-2013 at 10.12am on phone no 4401 0934 it was made the clear to me that the above sauda was done not on the basis of recommendations of research team but by mr ranjit on your suggastions.it was also informed this has been done on the basis of some inputs from mandi.this was done without informing me.this is clear cut violations of our contract.
