as per company (LG) commitment i buy on 30 november 2009 a LG TV monitor with free gift DTH Set Top Box Connection+Installation+6 Month subscription free but , till date i don’t received free gift, i have many times concact by phone,mail,custmercare and local dealer but no one person given response

please try to do needful for my convenience
