I am Viveka G.R from Mangalore.Earlier i had taken the agency of AEGON Religare life insurance company Ltd,3rd floor,”INLAND AVENUE” M.G.Road,Mangalore-575003,Karnataka .My license No-8037895 ( Pan No-AMGPR6249E)and the agency was expired on March 2013.I wanted to takeup the agency in LIC of India hence I have requested the Manager of AEGON Religare to issue the NOC and removal of my pan no from IRDA Portal with Application but they refused to give the NOC.Hence I had sent the request letter through postal service with AD and I have received the acknowledgement on 5/9/213.Almost 2 months are over but still my Pan no is alive in IRDA Portal. Kindly look into this matter and make them to issue the NOC and Direct them to remove the Pan No fron IRDA Portal Thanking you, Your’s faithfully Viveka G R
