I bought a Renault Duster RXL from your Padma Motors, Industrial Area, Chandigarh on Feb 12, 2014. They promised us that we will get the documents of the car from Mohali branch of Padma Motors. I got the documents on 18th Feb 2014. From 1.5 month we were trying to deposit our tax. I approached chandigarh branch of Padma Motors to deposit our tax but they referred us to Mohali Branch quoting that Mohali Branch dealer has provided you the papers and they only are eligible to pay the tax. When I approached Mohali Branch Dealer he referred to chandigarh branch dealer quoting that they have provided you the Car and they should be helping with taxes. After 1.5 Month of being treated like a ping pong between Mohali Branch and Chandigarh Branch of Padma Motors, my tax finally got submitted on 29th March, 2014. Now exactly the same procedure has started for providing us the permanent number plate. Since one month is already passed, I cannot drive this car without permanent number. Dealers promised that I will get the number on 2nd April, 2014 but when I approached them yesterday, they said it is gonna another 10-15 days and not providing any reason at all but “it takes time”. To expedite the procedure, we have even provided the amount they asked as “Tip”, but still nothing is happening and its been almost 2 months and I cannot drive my new car.

Either provide me the number as soon as possible or take the car back and return my money
