sir, i am harvinder singh from ludhiana punjab. i have a general mediclaim insurance of reliance. in december2009 i renew my policy. but i cannot recieve any copy of insurance document. when i complaint to customer care. he says we will send in 2days. one time i talk with his senior he reply very rudely.
