SUB: Repayment of EVDO high Speed Internet

Sir,

I Raju Aggarwal S/o Shri Prem Chand R/o 116, Old Nehru Nagar, Roorkee. We have booked EVDO on dated 13.04.09.but I did not receieved the EVDO uptil 28.04.09. At the booking time they said that they will provide the EVDO with in 3-4 days but they have not provided the EVDO uptill 15 days. And also when we ask for the EVDO they do not respond properly and say we do not know when the EVDO will come. Their language and way of talking i very harsh and rude. After facing this problem then i have submitted application in BSNL office , Roorkee for refund on dated 28.04.09. But when we ask about the refun they are not responding properly and they say that Mr. Negi is not here & we do not know how much time the refund will take. So i request you to please see into the matter and send our refund as early as possible.
