Dear Sir,

I have purchased Nokia Mobile hand set (Model 3110c) on 08/03/2009 within a 6 months span it has got repair by 3 times in Nokia Care Centre 3rd block, Jayanagar Bangalore. I have all job sheets which has given by nokia care centre. Early every time mobile was autometically swtiched off & every time nokia care centre people said it is virus problem. They just update it, not rectifying issue clearly. Now again it is into same problem. But it has no any virus problem only it is hand set problem. So when gone to talk to people in nokia care centre again they are saying the same reason but it is not that. So kindly consider this issue & provide the solution.
