This is with reference to above said subject; I have purchased the Ubislate 7 C+ (Edge) on 8th Aug 2013 & same got delivered on 10th Aug 13 to me vide invoice no.AMDVO80801355 dated 8th Aug 2013. After opening the parcel I came to know that the device has charging problem. At the same time I called datawind customer support number but no one responded the calls. I had communicated via email to your people from day 1, but still there is no proper reply. After continuous communications & various phone calls, Mr. Gotish called me & told to submit the device to Mumbai service center. As per his instructions I have submitted the device on 24th Aug 13 vide TT no 0818MH594 to Mr. Sanjay (Mumbai Service center representative). Mr.Sanjay kept the device with himself for checking & said he will give the feedback later but still as on date no satisfactory reply received from him.
As I have mentioned above that since day one it is having manufacturing defect & the same was repeatedly reminded to datawind representatives too but still they are insisting on repairing it. Please note I have requested for a replacement & not for repairing. Either they give me a new replacement or refund my money back. Now almost 55 days are over but no proper feedback is received from your end. You people are giving wrong information all the time. I had spend almost Rs.1500/- for calling datawind people but the people are only attending the call saying that, ‘we will call again’ but no call comes from there end. Same response is received in case of email communication. As on date I don’t know the status of my device.
