REPLACING DEFECTIVE PANEL OF SAMSUNG LED TV

DEAR Sir,

I would like to bring the sordid story as being duped by branded dealer/manufacturer of international repute.
After using several months the picture quality started demeaning of its
own and at times getting blurred. On 12.08.14. against call no. 4199409333 SERVICE CENTRE
PERSONNEL declared that entire front panel has become defective and slapped a budgetary offer
of Rs. 24,227/-( inclusive of all taxes ).
Then I, pleaded with rational argument by exhibiting all the relevant
Documents of commissioning the TVSet with VIDEOCON d2h SET TOP BOX on 05.09.14. so I, get
the benefit of ONE YEAR WARRANTY of FREE replacement. But unfortunately my plea was turned
down. After lot of persuasion I compelled to replace it against call no. 4202044874 dt.01.10.15 at a
cost of Rs. 21,499/- vide Cash Receipt No. 240769.
It is a sincere request from a retired SENIOR CITIZEN to relieved me off from such a bolt from the blue and take judicious decision of starting WARRANTY period from
date of commissioning for my respite. I undertake to produce all relevant documents at your
disposal when called for.
