Replacment of faulty Samsung Smartphone

Hello, After purchasing such an expensive phone, one expects to get what one has paid for, but unfortunately I am tally disappointed by buying this phone. Below I have mentioned in details all my problems.

Problem 1 – within the first five months of using this phone, the phone crashed, just went blank and never turned on again. I visited the service centre on infantry road, Bangalore, on 5th November and I asked them to replace the phone as the mother board crashing is not a small issue and all they did was replaced the mother board and gave it back to me with the assurance that nothing else will go wrong again. On asking for the copy of bill, they denied to give it to me as it is against their policy, but I managed to get the bill no – 4141195855. I took the phone and stared using it again, hoping that there will not be any further issue.

Problem 2 – I got back my phone serviced on the 6th November and within the month, the phone started giving me problems again. This time the phone just does not charge at all. I tried it out for a couple of days at home, but it still is the same, I brought a new charger and tried it with that, it worked a couple of times, and then again the same problem. This time again on the 17th December I visited the malleshwaram service centre and again told them that there seems to be a recurring problem with the phone, you should talk this out with your senior departments and give me a replacement. But the reply I got is – we are only inchage of service of the phone and will not handle any other problems, call up the company and talk directly. They kept my phone for a day and do not know what they checked. When I went to collect it back, all they said was the cable was faulty, even after me explaining them several times that I have checked it up with different cables, but the problem persists, they did not do anything about it. They just replaced the cable and gave me back the phone.

Problem 3 – I took my phone back from them with the new cable and have till date been adjusting and using it as it is. I have to practically carry my charged all day long with me so that I can keep the phone running. Post all this sometime during the end of December I received a call from the Samsung customer care Delhi asking me for my feedback about the phone and the service. After telling them all the problems, they asked me to show the phone once again at the service centre. So I have again dropped my phone today 1st January 2013 at the service centre with the same problems. But in the evening I get a call from them saying that we have tried charging the phone and it seems fine. But we will try it for another day and get back. So that is the status as of today, after paying 38000/- for a hi-end phone from such a reputed company, I am still forced to use a phone which according to me is defective and needs replacing immediately, but sadly no help provided.
