I had purchased a Sony Ericsson W395 phone from Croma Stores, Malad on 25th july 2009.
The phone was a DEFECTIVE peice…….
I had complained several times to Croma as well as the Sony Ericsson people but no remedy was given
The first time the MotherBoard was changed.
The second time the Speaker and the Display
Again the MotherBoard was changed
Then the Battery was changed
And then on 17th july 2010 I had to go to the service center to repair the phone again.
I have requested the Sony people to refund my money or replace me with another handset…………..
But they are not replying to my request
