Restricting services on wrong data record

I have a Airtel prepaid connection since 3 yrs. All of a sudden I was informed that my phone No. does not belongs to my name as per company’s record & denied me the sevices like unsubsribing from add on services. As per Airtel’s record the phone is in the name of Mr. Asok Shinde. Now I am not able to stop unwanted calls, alerts, sms, etc. I lodged complaint through email, but they are saying that change in name is not possible in prepaid servises.
