Resubmission of Documents

I have my airtel prepaid number 9960343381 since past 4 years. Today i receive a message stating that my outgoing will be barred unless i RE-SUBMIT the necessary documents in 48 hrs.
I do not have the time nor the resources to make that happen in 48 hours. The airtel customer service helpline(121) has been of no help at all. They are just as lost as us customers. Also when asked to transfer the call to a knowledgeable person they have been downright rude. Going as far as to hang up on me.
I kindly request you to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
