This is a stationary shop selling premium pens. They charge more than the MRP by removing the packaging with the MRP and saying it is imported. Does not provide bills for any of the purchase made. On some items charges upto 10 times the cost of the product(like refills)

Ensure that the bills are provided and no one else gets cheated in the future. Refund the money that was charged more than the MRP.
