I visited the store yesterday with my mom. While watching the product one product accidentally got a minor scratch. I said that its a small damage and I am ready to pay for damage but the guy said very rudely that you have to pay for the whole product, which was insane. Worst part was he had no manners to talk even to my mom. He started calling his store guys and all of them encircled us and started asking for money like “Vasooli”. Finally I had to pay him Rs.1000/- for just a small scratch and he didn’t even allow me to take that broken product along with me. Since I was with a elderly lady he should have been respectful but he was using it as an advantage to fetch money.
