since so many visit to this place i have observing that cha bar is charging 20rs plus taxes for 10rs 200ml water bottle as consumer have no option when sitting there to order this which is against the packaged commodity rules when i loged formal complaint to the store manager mark he was totally insensitive towards this matter

first of all this shou;d be stopped and they should sell water at printed mrp second some penalty should be imposed on them so that they should not be benefited with profit they have earned by selling bottle at double price thirdly some reasonable compensation should be awarded to me as i myself have been duped several times
