Sir,
I opted for one of the ICICI Pru Assure Wealth Plus Critical illness rider policy in the name of my wife kavita Rani as advised to me by their consultant Ms. Sheetal and Mr. Sunil Jain from Delhi Office telephonically and paid cheque (No. 452452 of SBI) of Rs. 20,000/- on 18-3-10 to Mr. Ramvilas from Hisar (Haryana) office.
I did not recd. policy for a long time and recd. it after lot of pursuation only on 25th and 27th June as per their records also.
The terms and conditions mentioned in the policy document was totally different as was told to me earlier therefore I requested to return the policy within 15 days of free lock period to the company on 7th July at about 3.19 P.M as per my mail records.
Now despite repeated requests to the company and particularly Santosh Kesri Ji of ICICI from whom I am getting replies they are not returning my money .
You are requested to please look into the matter personally so that company may return me the money of Rs. 20,000/- and also interest for the delay if possible.
