I have written to iberry so many times but result is zero..no body is caring.. I had booked (pre booking) Auxus N1 iberry Rs. (16000/-) online when it was launched and was delivered to me in august, almost a delay of month. It was working very well. But Two months back i.e.24/04/14, i had given the set in service centre kolkata since its touch was not working. They forwarded it to delhi for repair. Now its more rhan two months they havent provided me the mobile set since they are unable to repair the same. I called their customer care and asked them to deliver me a new upgraded version of mobile set with new warranty since they unable to provide my handset…its now more than two months but no one is listening just saying the repaired mobile be delivered in next 10-15 days and and its going on and on..this way now more than two months have gone nothing has happened. they not even providing any new hand set in replacement. Because of this me suffering a lot. This is iberry ticket no. 942821 (iberry). My contact no. is 83350807XX
