Review of Brand New Xolo Q700S SmartPhone Mobile

New Sealed Mobile Handset XOLO Q700S Purchased on dated 28 April 2014 @ INR 8000/- from Arora Mobile World, 367, Ghar Road Near Bus Stand Meerut, PH: 0121-4010514, from first day we are not been unable to use this mobile due to its Faulty behavior that after 100% charging the battery, Backup of the mobile was not more than one hour, initially we were thinking that we are not been able to charge it properly but latter we understand that it is Faulty Handset, First Complaint register on dated 16 may 2014 at XOLO authorized service center (F1-info solutions & service (Add: 410 Hans Plaza, Ambedkar road Ghaziabad UP) against Workorder No: 310000438760 Stating that Battery is Faulty and assuring Replacement within next 20 working days. On dated 20 May 2014 we again gone to Shopkeeper Arora Mobile World Meerut where he understand our problem and replace OLD Battery with NEW Battery but after exchange with new battery the same problem continues… Then on Dated 22 May 2014 we again gone to XOLO Noida Authorized Service Centre (name- Ambe Electronics J-40, First Floor Noida UP) and request them to replace the OLD handset with NEW Handset as there is a Manufacturing Hardware Fault which also identify before 30 days of purchase but they rejected our request to replace and told us that (DOA-Replacement Policy)can only be provided if it quoted under 7 days of date of purchase (Note: which is not mentioned on Warranty Card nor on Bill) and again they register our another NEW Complaint : No: 310000452848 where they quoted another Next 20 days to check & get it corrected.

As i have purchased a NEW Mobile Handset with lots of enthusiasm and invested almost INR 8000/- on handset + INR 1000 on Anti virus & 500 on Memory Card + INR 300 on Mobile Cover approx 10000/- and in return of it i am not been able to use this called as NEW Mobile Handset not even for single day, and on another hand i am continuously hanging here and there from Meerut to Ghaziabad to Noida for almost a month in a May Summer Time, with no Output which causes physical harassment, Mental Harassment, Wastage of my important time, money, because of this unwanted travelling in HOT SUMMER season i myself suffered with SUN Burns & a typical kind of SKIN Disease which hits as a white spot on my face & body which is very embarrassing on being a women. I am not been able to understand that what my fault if i purchase NEW Hand set which is Defective so it should be replaced as soon as rectifies and if service center is taking it for repair then they should provide us the BACKUP handset so that my work/ business doesn’t hamper, As mobile hanset is a very crucial in day to day life and because of this faulty handset my number is not reachable from approx 30 Days which again a Loss to my business and my day to day life.

I request you to kindly take this issue to the Company and they should understand that how they are exploiting their customer and making their fool, with this BAD experience i don’t want to engage myself with XOLO, Firstly i want my money Back and also a compensation of at least Rs 10,00,000/- against my loss of time, Money, work, business & suffering & Health.
